Which position do you sleep in?
Do you wake up in the morning and wonder why you have aches and pains, then try these hacks and see if it helps!
When you sleep on your back, your lower back flattens, resulting in spinal flexion. It is important for us to maintain our neutral spine position. Pillows can be your best friend!
Try a small pillow or rolled up towel under your back if you sleep on your back.
If you are a side sleeper, try placing a small pillow between your legs.
